I've used AmmoSeek.com a few times to track down 9mm and .223 ammo since I struggled to find any in local stores. Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with it; the site is user-friendly and the prices are usually spot-on. I’ve found some great deals, but I did notice a couple of listings that seemed too good to be true, so I made sure to double-check the seller's reviews before proceeding. It’s wise to be cautious, as with any online shopping, but if you do your homework on the retailers, you can score some solid deals without too much hassle. Just keep an eye out for shipping costs, as they can add up and change the overall price pretty quickly.

I found some shotgun powder available through AmmoSeek. Cost was just over $300 for an 8 lb jug. At final checkout, it totaled $420. I passed on it.

I have passed on more purchases through ammoseek because of shipping costs than I have completed. If it is not a good deal after they add shipping, then it is not a good deal...

It's the old bait and switch. Show the cost of the product as low so your company rises to the top of the list, then make the money back on shipping and handling.
