In Sandy, check out Lakes Guns & Gunsmithing (https://www.lakesguns.com/). Smaller operation, but very specialized. Some of the work they have done for me, specifically:

Trigger job on a Ruger GP100 .357 that I gave to my wife. Got the DA trigger down to 7# and the SA to a crisp 3#.

I'll second Preece, at least for barrel work. He put a Krieger on my 223 that shoots fantastic.
