A day with steel targets

I spent yesterday's afternoon at the range with my steel targets. My first few shots hit perfectly but then I messed up a long shot. By the time I left, my ears were ringing and I couldn’t stop smiling, does anyone else have days like that with steel targets?

The other day, when I shot a steel target, the loud clang totally startled my buddy who wasn't ready for it, he jumped right out of his seat.
