Last year, I spent a weekend chasing Hungarian partridge in Northern Utah, and it was one of the most challenging hunts I’ve had. Those birds are super fast. My dog worked hard to pin down a few coveys but they flushed quick every time. The mix of rolling sage and grain stubble made for beautiful scenery and plenty of walking..still, when it came together, it was worth every step. Did anyone else chase Huns last season? How did your hunts go?

Yeah, I chased Huns up there once, those little rockets don’t make it easy! My dog ran himself silly, and I missed more than I hit, but that country makes every step worth it
