Consistency with practice

I want to get to the range at least twice a month instead of randomly whenever. Consistency is what I'm lacking. I need to make it a real habit. What are you trying to do more consistently?
 
I have trouble being consistent with strength training. I start strong, then skip weeks. Lately, I've put workouts on my calendar and treat them like any other appointment.
